NocturneSaga is a narrated-storytelling channel operated from Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what data we use, why, where it is kept, and how to end it.
In one sentence: we collect nothing about visitors to this site, and the only account our tools access is our own — the channel's, to publish our own videos.
1. This website
This site is made of static pages. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and asks for no sign-up. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address in the process; no other information is sent, and we have no access to it.
If you write to contact@nocturnesaga.com, we keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it, and as a record if it concerns copyright. We use it for nothing else and add you to no mailing list.
2. Our publishing tool and Google data
We operate an internal tool that publishes our videos to our own YouTube channel. This tool is not offered to the public: it has exactly one user — the channel's operator — and it runs on their own computer.

What is stored, and where
- An authorization token issued by Google is saved to a local file on the operator's computer. It is never uploaded, never backed up online, and never shared.
- Statistics are read, displayed, and discarded; we build no database of viewers.
- We access no data from any Google account other than our own. No one else can authorize this tool.
Limited Use disclosure. NocturneSaga's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This data is not sold, not transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train machine-learning models.
Revoking access
The authorization granted to this tool can be revoked at any time from the Apps with access to your account page of your Google account. Revocation takes effect immediately and renders the locally stored token unusable.
3. Meta — Facebook and Instagram
We also publish to our Facebook Page through Meta's API, using a token scoped to our own Page only: to post to it, read its statistics, and reply to comments left on it. We access no visitor's profile.
Comments you leave on our posts are hosted by Meta and governed by Meta's privacy policy, over which we have no control.
4. Children
Our content is intended for an adult audience. We do not knowingly collect any data concerning anyone under the age of thirteen.
5. Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or require its deletion. Write to contact@nocturnesaga.com; we answer within thirty days. This policy is governed by the law applicable in Quebec, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
6. Changes
Any change to this policy will appear on this page, with a new effective date. Earlier versions are available on request by email.
